The Block residence is one of the residence projectinCanada. This residential building as model was required in LOD 400 level detailing with the coordination and Quantity material tackoff. The model was created from 100% CD drawing set& reference detail drawings.

About The Project
The Scope of this project consistence of creating a BIM models of the 5 story residence building. In the including scope are 3d modeling and coordination design disciplines Architecture, Structure and MEPF. After the initial modeling phase, we assisted in design coordination and identifying the possible clashes in the design and resolving it.
The Challenges
• The first challenge is the model upgrade from the DD level to CD level.
• The Second challenge is structural part of this residence building.
• In some part detail drawing was missing or not proper visible in drawing data set.
• One of the challenges was to model the project balcony area and entrance canopy, due to its demanding design.
• The another challenges are project TAT and material quantity services to submitted in contractor format.
The Outcome
Client is one of the leading players in Architecture& BIM consultant in Canada. approached Point BIM Services for an intelligent BIM from design data. Client conducted virtual construction andcoordination derived fromdesign drawing. Revit 3D model which will helps client to understand the services, project site levels, future development, project visualizing. all BIM objects are parametric and have an information level that equals to LOD 400.
Preparation of As built Model
1. Point BIM services had execute the BIM process with the three deferent Discipline.
2. Discuss on Input data with the team members and with client.
3. The project is modelled on the desire’s version of the Revit.
4. The model and coordination reportis submitted to the client in the fixed time period. The QA QC process is done by them
5. The Team solved the QA QC and the final model is submitted to the client
